ACCELERATED DEVELOPMENT FRAMEWORK
Youth hockey parents want to see their child become a dominant force on the ice, but often aren't sure if their athlete is getting the right help they need to really thrive. Many development programs and coaches promise big results, but don't provide a concrete development plan showing players exactly what they need to be doing to get better and how their program will get them there.
This is where my coaching is different. I have constructed an Accelerated Development Framework that I use as a development curriculum within all of my programs to truly deliver players real and rapid results.
HYBRID SKILLS ACCELERATOR
In order to truly master a skill, you need to be practicing frequently, if not every single day. However, most players & parents don’t have the time, schedule or finances to access quality ice time with a coach every single day.
My Hybrid Skills Accelerator remote training platform is the solution to this. My online platform contains an entire suite of on-demand hybrid technical skill workouts, hockey-specific strength & conditioning workouts, skill breakdown libraries and many more online resources all structured around the Accelerated Development Framework to maximize player development.
“Hybrid” means the workouts can be done almost anywhere so players can always have unlimited access to high-quality training, all housed in one easy-to-access digital app.
OFFSEASON HOCKEY IQ DEVELOPMENT
Develop the ability to "think" the game better than your competition by joining my tactical development program. Players receive access to 12 exclusive on-ice lessons designed to develop tactical skills & hockey IQ, along with unlimited access to my online Tactical Skills Playbook course for at-home study and development.
To help consistently grow my players' tactical skillset, I teach my players that dictating your opponent, instead of just reacting to them, will elevate your game to new levels. We want to be in the driver’s seat. We want to manipulate, not be manipulated.
ABOUT COACH TONY
My mission is to help youth hockey players develop elite-level skills, comparable to the top players in today’s game. It is my job to give you the tools, it is your job to put in the work. Do that, and I can definitely get you one-step closer to skating like Connor McDavid.
I have been heavily involved in hockey for over 25 years, both as a player and a coach, and I have dedicated my career to helping youth players excel in the game they love. Coaching hockey is my passion, and I want nothing more than to see my athletes succeed both as hockey players and as good human beings.
I currently coach for the Jr. Ducks and Lady Ducks in Anaheim, CA.
